Our concept for this event revolved around an angular and techy aesthetic that represented the three pillars of the GDRFA, creating a cohesive look and feel that was both engaging and informative. We showcased 10 services alongside an intricately designed airport gate, which served as a focal point and seamlessly integrated the event's functional aspects with its thematic elements. Additionally, we introduced a Majlis area, providing a traditional and comfortable space for discussions and networking, alongside the Basma Café, offering refreshments in a setting that resonated with the event's overarching theme. A highlight of our design was the incorporation of running lights on the floor, reminiscent of an airport runway, which led guests towards the big LED screen, further immersing them in the airport-inspired experience. These elements were carefully crafted to exceed our client's expectations, demonstrating DXB Live's ability to create memorable and impactful events.

The exhibition experience encompassed a comprehensive scope, including management, logistics, and transportation planning. Venue services were meticulously arranged, alongside telecom setups and creative flower arrangements. Catering services provided a variety of culinary delights, while stand build, rigging, and trussing were efficiently executed.
