Our team aimed to achieve specific creative goals and successfully achieved them for the event, marking a significant impact in the industry. Our main contracting team, with over 20 years of experience, including both regional and international projects, played a crucial role in the fulfilment of this project’s goals. We aimed to showcase new technology in cybersecurity, which we highlighted through innovative design and staging. One of the standout features was the dark stage, where we designed a fully dark area using semi-transparent fabric for projections, complemented by a round LED design that added a futuristic aspect to the event.
The Hack Pavilion was another area where we aimed to create a vibrant atmosphere. This was achieved using special lights and lasers, adding various elements to reflect different effects, making the space more engaging and immersive for the attendees. Additionally, the AIR star balloon, a nod to our Dubai heritage, added a unique touch to the event's aesthetic.
Material choices were carefully considered to enhance the overall experience, including a DJ booth shaped like a KED, which became a focal point of the event. The entrance received special attention too, with a bespoke design featuring LED walls, a tunnel, and a lit 'O', creating an inviting and intriguing gateway into the hacking area.Each of these elements was meticulously designed to exceed our goals for the event, demonstrating DXB Live's commitment to delivering unparallelled experiential events in Dubai and beyond.

Challenges
We faced significant timeline constraints due to hosting another major event at the Dubai World Trade Centre (Gulfood), with just a one-week gap between the two shows. This overlap presented a unique challenge in delivering our services for the event mentioned. Furthermore, certain event features required collaboration with a limited pool of suppliers.
