DXB Live achieved several ambitious goals for the event, highlighting our commitment to innovation and sustainability. A key feature was the unique ceiling, crafted from polycarbonate, showcasing a full-size suspended parametric design. This was not just a design choice but a strategic move to underscore Honeywell's dedication to sustainable practices by using eco-friendly materials. The structure was meticulously planned to represent Honeywell's 11 partners, aligning with the overarching theme of sustainability.
Furthermore, our creative space management aimed to accommodate and effectively showcase 15 different experiences, each utilising the latest technologies reflecting Honeywell's name and brand prestige. To enhance this interaction, we provided several 55" touch screens, which were more suitable for the content and allowed the sales team to showcase their products more effectively. This strategic integration of technology and design underscored our capability to create immersive experiences that resonate with the brand's goals and audience expectations. We successfully used sustainable materials for the stand and provided customised seating for the employees, ensuring both comfort and a design that aligns perfectly with the stand's aesthetic.

One of the significant challenges we faced in delivering our services for the event was managing the complexities associated with the ceiling's shape and design. The unique contours and aesthetic elements of the ceiling necessitated a tailored approach to decoration and installation, ensuring that aesthetics and functionality went hand in hand without compromising the integrity of the design. Additionally, the load of the hanging materials presented a considerable challenge. It was imperative to accurately calculate the weight distribution and ensure that the ceiling could safely support the decorations and equipment we planned to install. This required a detailed analysis of the ceiling's structure and the deployment of specialised hanging mechanisms to prevent any safety hazards, guaranteeing that the event's ambiance was enhanced without risking the venue's or attendees' safety.

In response to the abovementioned challenge, we decided to innovate by transitioning from traditional lightbox materials to a projected light fabric. This strategic shift enabled us to harness the advantages of cutting-edge technology, enhancing the visual appeal and effectiveness of our displays. The projected light fabric offered superior flexibility, vibrant colour reproduction, and dynamic content capabilities, making it a superior solution for our needs.
