We successfully achieved several key goals for this project to make the event memorable. Utilizing hanging LED screens, we created a visually captivating environment that highlighted the event's innovative aspect and enhanced the attendees' overall experience. Furthermore, we established a Sustainability Hub, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and showcasing our ability to incorporate eco-friendly practices into our events. Launching the new logo, "Core42," was at the heart of our objectives, symbolising a fresh identity and vision for the future. Through these initiatives, we exceeded the expectations for the event, demonstrating our prowess in creating immersive and meaningful experiences.

The stand build aspect was handled precisely, creating engaging and functional exhibition spaces. Technical drawing was utilised to map out the detailed layout of the event, ensuring that every element fit perfectly into the overall design. Lastly, creative technology was integrated to bring a cutting-edge appeal to the exhibition, captivating attendees with innovative displays and interactive experiences.

This involved detailed coordination with the client's team from Vietnam to ensure the timely delivery of their Holobox technology to the venue.
